What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
All your personal information, including trip history, payment details, and saved locations, will be permanently deleted.
You will lose access to your account and any remaining credits or promotions.
Steps to Delete Your Account
To delete your account, please follow these steps:
Open the Unique Ride App
Log in to your account.
Navigate to Account Settings
Select "Delete Account"
Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account."
Confirm Your Action
You may be asked to verify your identity (e.g., OTP verification) to proceed.
Complete Deletion
Once confirmed, your account and data will be permanently deleted.
Alternatively, Request Account Deletion via Email
If you are unable to delete your account through the app, you can request deletion by emailing us at info@uniqueride.com.
Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request."
Include your registered email address or phone number for verification.
We aim to process all deletion requests within 5 business days.
