b. Drivers
Drivers must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and meet all local legal requirements.
Drivers must provide safe, professional, and courteous service.
c. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
Use the app for unlawful purposes.
Tamper with the app’s functionality.
Misrepresent your identity or intent.
Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
5. Payments and Fees
a. Rider Payments
Riders agree to pay the total fare, including applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges. Payments are processed through our secure payment gateway.
b. Driver Payouts
Drivers will receive payouts based on completed rides, minus service fees. Payouts are subject to applicable deductions and delays.
c. Refunds

6. Cancellations and No-Shows
a. Rider Cancellations
Riders may cancel a booking within a certain timeframe without penalty. Late cancellations may incur fees.
b. Driver Cancellations
Drivers may cancel a booking if necessary but must do so responsibly to avoid impacting the rider’s experience.
c. No-Shows
If a rider or driver fails to show up at the agreed time and location, the affected party may report the incident for review.
